Privacy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
This page describes the app and website behavior confirmed in the current release code. It does not replace provider privacy notices or create a retention period that has not been adopted and verified by the operator.
Who operates 1on1 Arena
1on1 Arena Private Limited operates 1on1 Arena. Registered address: C/O Pratap Singh Dhami, Chimsyanalua, Link Road, Pithoragarh-262501, India.
Information used by the app
When you create and use an account, the app can process your phone number for OTP sign-in, display name, username, city selection, profile image, challenge submissions, competition activity, and the information needed to show profiles, rankings, and challenges.
Challenge submissions can include videos and images. Your username, selected city, profile information, rankings, and submitted content may be visible to other users or through shared public links where the feature exposes them. Do not submit content you do not want others to view.
Service providers and purposes
- Google Firebase: phone authentication, application database records, image/media storage, remote configuration, analytics events, and crash diagnostics.
- Mux: direct upload, processing, and streaming of challenge videos. The app/backend use signed playback for supported Mux videos.
These providers process data as needed to provide the listed services. Their practices are governed by their own current notices: Firebase Privacy and Mux Privacy.
Diagnostics and app improvement
The app uses Firebase Analytics for app events and Firebase Crashlytics for crash and non-fatal diagnostic reporting. The exact fields sent depend on the shipped app configuration and event code. The static website does not include a first-party analytics script or a cookie banner.
Retention and deletion
After a valid deletion request is verified, we use a 30-day purge period for the account. Once the purge is complete, the same phone number may be used to create a new account. The deleted account and its prior account state cannot be restored.
Retention exceptions: where information must be retained by applicable law, we retain only the information required and only for the legally required minimum period. This exception does not restore access to the deleted account.
You can request account deletion using our dedicated account-deletion page. The page explains how to submit a request and what information helps us locate and verify the account.
Launch eligibility and child safety
The current launch is limited to users in India who are 18 years of age or older. The service is not offered to minors in this launch.
