Request account deletion

This page lets you submit a deletion request. It is not an instant deletion tool. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request.

Include only the information needed to locate your account:

• the phone number used for sign-in, in international format;
• your username, if you have one; and
• a clear statement that you want the account deleted.

Do not email OTP codes, passwords, government IDs, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens next

After a verified request, the account enters a 30-day purge period. When the purge is complete, the same phone number may create a fresh account. The deleted account and its earlier account state cannot be restored.

Retention exception: if applicable law requires us to retain information, we retain only the required information and only for the legally required minimum period. This exception does not restore access to the deleted account.
